The Majlis-e-Muntazima is the registered supreme governing body of the Idara Maarif-e-Islami, Mansoorah. It comprises nine to ten members, and they are elected every three years. All administrative powers of the Idara, including approval of the budget, appointment and dismissal of staff, and the constitution of the Majlis-e-Ilmi, are vested in the Majlis-e-Muntazima.
The members of the current session are as follows:

Dr. Farid Ahmad Piracha
President, Majlis-e-Muntazima
Dr. Farid Ahmad Piracha is the son of the renowned Islamic scholar and Jamaat-e-Islami leader, the late Maulana Gulzar Ahmad Mazahiri.
He holds a PhD and has served as Naib Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan. He is the Director of Ulama Academy, Mansoorah, and the author of several books. At present, he serves as an advisor to the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan.
He was elected to the National Assembly in 2002 and previously served as President of the Punjab University Students’ Union. He holds an M.A. in Islamic Studies and a degree in Law.

Dr. Hafiz Sajid Anwar
Director of the Idara and Secretary of the Majlis-e-Muntazima
Dr. Hafiz Sajid Anwar serves as the Director of Idara Maarif-e-Islami and Secretary of the Majlis-e-Muntazima. He is a graduate of Dars-e-Nizami, a Hafiz of the Holy Qur’an, and holds a PhD in Islamic Studies.
He serves as Assistant Professor at Lahore Leads University and as Secretary General of JMUIM Halal, Pakistan. He is the Khateeb of Jami Masjid Syed Maududi Institute and President of its Committee.
He has also served as Deputy Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan.

Mr. Rashid Naseem
Mr. Rashid Naseem has served as Naib Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and belongs to Karachi.
He supervises both the Karachi and Lahore branches of Idara Maarif-e-Islami. During his student years, he served as Nazim-e-Aala (President) of Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba Pakistan.
His fields of interest include education, Islamic studies, and politics. He plays a significant role in the educational and missionary activities of Jamaat-e-Islami.

Hafiz Muhammad Idrees
Hafiz Muhammad Idrees was elected President of the Punjab University Students’ Union.
He spent several years organizing Jamaat-e-Islami activities in Kenya. Upon his return, he held various responsibilities, including Deputy Secretary at the Central Headquarters, Ameer of Punjab Province, Naib Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, and Director of the Idara Maarif-e-Islami, Mansoorah, Lahore.
He is currently serving as a Senior Research Scholar.

Mr. Sajjad Mir
During his student life, Mr. Sajjad Mir was associated with the Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba.
He later pursued a career in journalism and worked as a senior journalist for several newspapers. He currently serves as a television anchorperson and analyst, openly expressing his commitment to Pakistan and Islam.
He has a deep intellectual and spiritual attachment to Maulana Syed Abul A‘la Maududi.

Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmad Gondal
As a student, Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmad Gondal served as Secretary General of Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba, Pakistan’s largest student organization.
He taught at the University of the Punjab for more than thirty years and remained associated with the Department of Islamic Studies and the Sheikh Zayed Islamic Centre. Recently, he was appointed Chairman of the Rahmatul-lil-Alameen Chapter in Punjab.
He is currently serving as Pro Vice Chancellor of Lahore Leads University.

Mr. Shahid Warsi
Mr. Shahid Warsi is a distinguished educationist and researcher with extensive experience in academic administration and Islamic scholarship.
Currently, he is serving as the CEO of AFAQ, which has been at the forefront of educational technology and development for more than two decades. He has remained actively associated with educational, intellectual, and social initiatives and has contributed significantly to the promotion of Islamic thought and values.
Through his involvement in various academic and research activities, he has played an important role in strengthening institutions dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge and scholarship.

Mr. Khwaja Zafar Ilahi
